Needless to say, elastic bands are relatively inexpensive and do not add to your fitness costs.What's more, the resistance belt is small, light, flexible and easy to carry. When you can't go to the gym to train, you can easily put the resistance belt in your bag or suitcase, and you can take it with you to the office or on a business trip.
