How to use the magic pilates ring ?
Start: Place both palms on the outside of the circle. Sit on the ground with your legs bent, your back straight, and your feet together and flat on the ground. Extend your arms in front of your chest, slightly bend your elbows, and your thumbs and fingertips upward.
Finish: Exhale while pressing hard with both hands to the inside to squeeze the chest. Keep your wrists fixed, your back straight, and your abdominal muscles tight. Slowly reduce the pressure and return to the starting position.
Pull out Start: Grab the inner pad of the circle with your thumb and fingertips. Sit on the ground with your legs bent, your back straight, and your feet together and flat on the ground. Extend your arms in front of your chest, straighten your elbows, and face the inner palms of your hands.
Finish: While exhaling, pull the ring outward, bend the elbow slightly, and squeeze the shoulder blade. Keep your wrists fixed, your back straight, and your abdominal muscles tight. Slowly reduce the tension and return to the starting position.
Pull down Start: Grab the inner pad of the circle with your thumb and fingertips. Sit on the ground with your legs bent, your back straight, and your feet together and flat on the ground. Extend your arms directly above your head, with palms facing each other.
Finish: While exhaling, pull the ring outward, bend your arms, and pull down until the ring is slightly higher than the head. Keep your elbows bent, your wrists fixed, and squeeze your shoulder blades. Slowly reduce the tension, straighten your arms, and return to the starting position.
