1. Lever squat
To work your lower body muscles, place two rings of the pilates bar under your feet and do squats.
2. Bend and lift the bar
Step on the two rings of the pilates bar at your feet, then grab the bar with both hands and bend it up to build arm strength.
3. Walk with loads
Step on the two rings of the pilates bar and walk with the bar over your shoulder for a small waist.
4. Supine leg lifts
Place the two rings of the pilates bar under your feet, hold the bar in both hands, lie flat on your back, and lift your legs for longer legs.
5. Pedaling in the air
Step on the two rings of the pilates bar at your feet, hold the bar with both hands, lie on your back, and pedal with both legs to slim your legs.
6. Bench press your legs
Put the two rings of the pilates bar under your feet, hold the bar with both hands, get on your hands and knees, and lift your legs up and down against each other to build your abs.
